AETK DIRECT is a monthly subscription service. You pay for your first month when your receptionist goes live, and your plan is then billed every month.

14-day money-back guarantee, less minutes used and processing fees

Your full plan, with all of its minutes, is available from day one. If the service isn't right for you, email us at info@aetkdirect.com within 14 days of your account going live. We'll refund your first month, less the minutes you used and processing fees, based on the following formula:

Once you're refunded, the service ends: your receptionist is deactivated and the phone number assigned to her is released (it's no longer reserved for you). Remember to turn off call forwarding on your line. Your information is handled in line with our privacy policy.

Requests received after the 14-day period aren't eligible for this refund; in that case, the cancellation terms below apply.

You'll never be charged beyond your plan. When the minutes in your plan and your additional minutes are used up, calls stop until your plan renews or until you buy additional minutes (valid for 12 months from the date of purchase). All amounts are before applicable taxes.

You're responsible for making sure the information you give your receptionist (business hours, prices, services) is accurate.

Outbound calls may only be made to existing customers who have given their consent. Cold calling is not permitted.

Cancel anytime, effective at the end of your paid period. The 14-day guarantee applies as described in the formula above.

These terms are also available in French. If there's any difference between the two versions, the French version prevails.
